What is Shakira's song "La Tortura" about?

With my limited spanish, and observations of the music video, I'd say that "La Tortura" is about people that lust after each other and know it, but can't act on it because they are in relationships with someone else. It can be torture (I feel like Peggy Hill trying to educate in spanish. She doesn't know what she's talking about half the time!)

Why do I love track 3 on the Mariah album so much?

Track three on Mariah's album. "Shake It Off". This is going to be Mariah's next single that's released. I would say that you enjoy listening to it due to its relaxed melodies and beats. It's like a lullaby you can dance to.
